Short answer is yrd. I had me emissions tested in October and I passed with flying colors. In my case they had trouble keeping the hoses that collected the exhaust gases on my Lebree and it took 3 techs to find my fuel pump. I will be celebrating my car passing by finally having my split down pipes and test pipes put on. I tried but a 14 year old car that was origionaly from California had the bolts a little rusted and I could not break them loose with out dropping my tranny.
